Spot Welding Electrodes
Premier Ingots manufactures Spot welding electrodes in the form of rods & tips, which are made from cold drawn, precipitation-hardened stock and have very high strength & conductivity to delay mushrooming effect and dressing stops. Our spot welding electrodes are available in all our copper alloys.


Seam Welding Electrodes / Wheels
We offer a wide range of seam welding electrodes & wheels, which are manufactured by forged & age hardened blanks. Our seam welding electrodes / wheels have very high strength that allows the usage below very high pressure without deformation & cracking that ensures the long life of our welding electrodes. Our seam welding electrodes & wheels are available in all our copper alloys with all diameters & thickness.


Butt Welding & Projection Welding Blocks / Shafts
We manufacture butt welding & projection welding blocks & shafts, which are made of forging and Age hardening to prevent frequent replacements and to provide maximum life to our electrodes. Our butt welding & project welding blocks / shafts are available in different sizes having upto 50 Kg. weight.


Holders, Adapters & Shanks
Our Holder, Adapters & Shanks are made in Copper Chromium Zirconium Alloys and Copper Cobalt Nickel Beryllium Alloys out of extruded and drawn rods in Age-hardened temper. Bent shapes are made on hydraulic press. The properties of drawn rods are same as the achieved properties.

Nickel / Cobalt Beryllium Copper Alloys
Our Nickel / Cobalt Beryllium Copper Alloys have higher strength but lower conductivity as compared to CrZrCu, which are suitable in spot, seam projection welding particularly in stainless steel and high Temperature & high strength steels.
